The 2023 MTV Video Music Awards performers list just got longer. Kelsea Ballerini, Doja Cat, Lil Wayne and Annita have now been confirmed to take the stage live from Prudential Center in New Jersey on Sept. 12 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
