Lauren Alaina To Release Book: Getting Good At Being You
songwriter Lauren Alaina is exploring another form of the written word by releasing her first book, Getting Good at Being You: Learning To Love Who God Made You To Be, on November 2. The book, which seemingly refers to her single “Getting Good” with its title, will chronicle Alaina’s rise to fame from American Idol to now and share the lessons she has learned along the way. Among these lessons are how the singer learned to fight self-doubt and feel “at home in her own skin.” The book will share anecdotes and stories from Alaina’s own life and will encourage readers to find their own way to “dream big and run toward who you are.” The book will also feature behind-the-scenes photos from Alaina’s life and career. Country star Trisha Yearwood wrote a foreword for the book. Read the full story HERE.
