Luke Bryan and NFL star Peyton Manning will return as hosts for the 57th Annual CMA Awards, which is set to air live from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday, Nov. 8 at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT on ABC.
