The Grammy Awards were moved from January 31 to March 14 due to the severity of the COVID-19 pandemic in Los Angeles, and now more details are emerging about how the show will be staged. Sources tell Variety that everything is subject to change, but right now, the plan is to hold the ceremony in the outdoor part of the Los Angeles Convention Center, using the Staples Center. Many of the performances are likely to be pre-recorded, Variety adds, but there will be a few live performances. Read the full story HERE. Maren is nominated for Best Country Song with “The Bones”.

Maren and JP Saxe come together for “Line by Line”

Country star Maren Morris and pop phenom JP Saxe unpack a love that’s too deep to capture in song with the new collab, “Line By Line,” digging into a never-ending well of inspiration. Calling it “a love song for songs” in an interview with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe, the pair trade verses about a muse that can’t be summed up in four chords and three minutes. Featuring a chill-pop sound with ethereal vocals and a spacious groove, they admit they can’t quite put words to the feeling, but promise to keep trying until the end of time. Maren cancels RSVP tour

Maren Morris took to social media Friday afternoon (December 18th), to make a sad announcement to her fans about her 2021 RSVP tour.  On the plus side of the announcement, Maren also let fans know that she is already working on her next album! “Hi, Darlings.  There is so much hope with this vaccine being distributed in 2021, but we are still unsure of when we will be able to do the tour next year.  With the prospect of, yet again, rescheduling half of the dates already becoming a reality, I have decided to cancel the RVSP tour. You will receive a full refund at point of purchase.  I truly appreciate your patience on this. I am in the midst of working on my third record, so I hope we can all come together and enjoy live shows safely again soon. Love you so much. -M”
